What to know before you book
Is the tour suitable for families with children?
Yes, the trip suits families and children of all ages. There are many attractions children especially enjoy, such as the waterfall, the coconut experience and the water games. For toddlers (1-3) entry is free.
What is the difference between a shared trip and a private trip?
On a shared trip you join other passengers (up to 10 people per jeep) at a lower price per person. On a private trip the jeep and the guide are for your group only, which allows more flexibility in pace and route.
What happens in case of rain?
The trip goes ahead in light rain too. The jeeps are fitted with tarpaulins to protect against the rain. In the event of heavy rainstorms or dangerous weather, the trip may be cancelled or postponed to another day, with the option of a full refund.
Is the food kosher?
The food served is traditional Thai and is not kosher. We can offer vegetarian or vegan options with advance notice. If you have special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance.
